HOW LONG WILL MY CHILD NEED THERAPY?

The length of our services depends on a range of different circumstances and factors, including the severity of your child's speech or language disorder, their age, and their individual needs. We work closely with you and your child to develop a tailored therapy plan that fits your schedule and budget, and we offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the entire process.

DOES MY CHILD NEED SPEECH THERAPY?

As parents, it can be difficult to know when to seek therapy for your child's speech and language development. If you have any concerns about your child's progress or if they have difficulty communicating, it's never a bad idea to get the opinion of a speech therapist. Early intervention is key to achieving the best possible results. At our clinic, we offer a range of services for children of all ages, and our team of professionals is dedicated to helping them achieve their communication goals.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON FACE-TO-FACE SERVICES?

We understand how important it is for you to receive the best possible care for your speech and language difficulties. Pomelo Speechie offers in-person therapy within our local community of Sunnybank, including home visits, and within daycare and kindergarten settings. Unable to obtain face to face services? We also offer telehealth! Research has shown that online (telehealth) therapy is just as effective as receiving therapy in person, so rest assured that you can still receive the help you need, receiving therapy that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Still wanting face-to-services from us or another service but on a waitlist? Reach out to us to try telehealth speech therapy at Pomelo Speechie in the meantime - we are here to work together on your child's goals. There's no lock-in contracts at Pomelo Speechie so you can trial telehealth to see if it will suit you and your child's needs.
